AGARTALA, Nov 25 (TIWN): Former ADC CEM Radha Charan Debbarma asked, “Is it an Election?”

The statement came when CPI-M gheraoed the West Agartala Police station in protest against massive poll rigging.

Today’s election rigging is open and bare and viral footages are in people’s hands.

“Biplab Deb has snatched democracy. We have to snatch our rights and people have to come forward”, said Radhacharan Debbarma.
