AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): Tripura CM Biplab Deb, while addressing a blood donation camp in Agartala, claimed that the cancer hospital was made by BJP Govt.

In reality it was a Left Govt project and only the name was given by BJP Govt after former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s name.

Biplab Deb cited how a Minister is doing treatment of his mother in the hospital instead of taking her to other states. He said, “I myself visited the hospital as it is a matter of pride that our developed hospital is so trustworthy”.

CM praised Doctors and also said, Tripura hospital services are massively developing under this Govt.

Biplab Deb further praised Covid management, although Deb skipped the major issue of GB Hospital senior Doctor chose to be referred to Kolkata for better treatment than Tripura.
