TELIAMURA, Nov 13 (TIWN): A young man was electrocuted while doing electrical work in his house, died on spot.

The deceased was identified as Dipankar Sarkar, 31 years old, S/o- Dilip Sarkar of Balu Chhara, Krishnapur under Teliamura police station.

It is known that, while he was repairing the electrical line in his house he got electrocuted and fell on the ground. Noticing lying on the ground, the family informed the Fire Department and immediately he was taken to Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital. The doctor on duty at the hospital declared him dead after initial treatment.

Dipankar’s lifeless body will be handed over to his family after autopsy. Family broke down into tears over his unexpected demise.
