AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): The Buddhist community ended their yearly Kathin-Chibor offering ceremony in Buddho Mandir at Kunjaban.
The ceremony is auspicious to mean how much you donate, but can not equal to a Chibor.
This ceremony marks the end of Buddhist lent and is being celebrated at Wat Tampa.
They have rituals that during Lent monks could not travel.
The monks stayed overnight in the same temple for three months. They celebrate this ceremony to return Buddho to Earth.
