AGARTALA, July 14 (TIWN): Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Tuesday has batted for BJP's illegal programmes going on statewide.
While facing a media question, Ratan Lal Nath lost his cool and asked, why are journalists not maintaining social distance ?
Then he claimed that police have given BJP permission to organize programmes but CPI-M's programmes are illegal.
Ground reality says, BJP does not need any permission to hold programmes but major opposition parties as CPI-M and Congress are not allowed to hold any programme.
In Muktadhara and various auditoriums of the state, BJP is organizing programmes. Reportedly, the party does not pay any money for the room booking and from various hotels to halls, free of cost loot regime is being functioned by the BJP.
Question raises on police and administration's role, how they are allowing BJP to organize programmes amid Curfew ?
