AGARTALA, July 9 (TIWN): Acting on a tip of Police of Jirania Police seized 475 kg dry cannabis from a six wheeler truck.

On Friday morning based on secret information a police team of Jirania PS was checking on Nation Highway and detained a huge amount of dry ganja from a six wheeler truck. The huge amount of dry cannabis which was being smuggled weighed approx 475 kg.

The detained six wheeler registered number- AS 01 LC 1659.

The police took a specific case and started an investigation.
