Power disruption : Since last seven days power has been cut after a heavy storm in Muchraipara, Takarjala

AGARTALA, April 22 (TIWN): After heavy storm since last 7 days, power was cut in Muchraipara , Takarjala. But even after repeatedly informing the Electricity department have taken no steps, allegedly.
The two electric poles Muchraipara area has broken after storm but even after informing many times the electricity department has shown no concerns to fix it. Long time power cuts have become extreme suffering among Muchraipara villagers.
Resentment has been brewing among the villagers over power cuts. The villagers claimed if the power would not come back within tomorrow(Friday) then the villagers will block the road and go for massive protest on 24th April.
It has seen, even without storms in rural areas of Tripura, the public are facing acute power crisis.
