AGARTALA, April 21 (TIWN): A victim woman has lodged a complaint against BJP Youth Morcha secretary and her husband for allegedly plotting to evict her, after domestic and mental abuse at Belonia Women's PS.

The incident came to light on 15th April, it is known two and half years ago Raju Debnath the main criminal allegedly had hired the woman to cook in his house. But after few days taking advantage of the abandoned woman Raju Das raped her, allegedly.

Later, when the victim woman had menaced him to disclose of raping her to the locals, seeing no way Raju gave marriage proposal. However, she agreed and married with Raju at Udaipur Matabari two and half years back. But in recent days Raju Das, victim’s husband started torturing her physically and mentally with the help of Sanju Nama, secretary of BJP Juba Morcha.

Even, Sanju Nama, forced the victim housewife to sign on a stamp paper to evict her from Raju’s life, allegedly. The criminal husband, Raju is plotting to evict her from her house so that he can marry again. It was also alleged abusing the power of Sanju Namah’s position, Raju Das and Sanju both attacked on the victim woman physically and mentally.

The abandoned woman is also informed to the media, Raju is married and has wife in Bangladesh but he hides it before marrying her.

Presently, the helpless woman is feeling insecure to be in her husband’s house.

Seeing no way the victim filed a case against her husband Raju Das and Sanju Namah, District Secretary of Yuba Morcha on Tuesday.
