AGARTALA, March 20 (TIWN): A Psychiatric patient, Pradeep Das (45) fled away from GB psychiatric department evading the high-security cover, has still been untraced. It is known Pradeep Das was working in Police department and has become mentally unbalanced due to excessive intoxication. The arrow of allegation on the Security guard.
