AGARTALA, Feb 15 (TIWN): A 27 year old married woman committed suicide by consuming poison over husband’s unbearable torture in her in laws house, Usha Bazar. It is known from demised mother that the accused husband burnt Suma with Cigarette butt and tortured her over suspicion of having an extra marital affair with another man. Upset over this, the housewife, Suma Shil had taken the extreme step.

After the incident she was taken to Narsingarh hospital, later she was referred to GB hospital. After a long fight with death she died at GB hospital last night, Sunday.

Though the family said, they will file a case against the accused husband, Sujit Shil.
