AGARTALA, Nov 28 (TIWN): "Is not it a magic (Chamatkaar in Bengali) that the crops minimum support prices are rising high ?", asked Tripura CM Biplab Deb.
CM was addressing in Rabindra Bhawan and asked, 'When earlier crops were sold at Rs. 11 and now it's above Rs. 18. Isn't it a magic.
Ironically, when the BJP Chief Minister has said so, the farmers of various states have been witnessed in protest against the Modi Govt at Delhi for its Anti-Farm bill, handing over the agriculture industry to corporates without ensuring any minimum support price.
