AGARTALA, Nov 22 TIWN): Tripura BJP on Sunday has made its stand clear saying that the party demands Strong Action against Violent Agitators who are in protest for last 6 to 7 days in North Tripura. The party said, it is totally against Joint Movement Committee's decision and in support of Bru settlement as per Govt wants.
Mentioning about two people died in Panisagar violence, BJP's Janajati Morcha has said that in no way, violence can be tolerated and such protests are baseless as Brus will have to get settlement here.
The Janajati Morcha has strongly opposed the Joint Movement protest programmes, sought police action against the violent mob.
