AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): Power disruptions are on drastic spike in Tripura since privatization, alleged customers of the TSECL.
Although it was claimed that privatization would bring changes in services, relieving the customers from power led irritating issues but the surveys are giving negative reports on TSECL services.
There are 13 teams deployed by TSECL to solve the issues immediately for the customers but allegations are being raised that in proper way, responses from the teams are not given resulting customers are not satisfied.
To get a connection in 1912 number has become a tough job for the customers. In the capital city, when power disruptions have been suffocating lives, the rest of the state's situations are worse.
