AGARTALA, Nov 3 (TIWN): In a display of brutality, a suspected thief who is under 14 was tortured, slapped by public in Chandrapur.

The mob alleged that the boy was stealing items from a battery shop at there and then they caught him red-handed.

But, videos show that after catching him, they tortured the boy and also that video was shared in social media chatting.
