While addressing media one of the executive member said, "Our senior Advocate Bhaskar Deb who is practicing in Bar Association for 20 years, on yesterday night a huge team of Police went to his house. On being asked they said that they came from Teliamura to search an accused of a case that has been registered in Teliamura PS. They came without any search warrant and police didn't follow the protocols. We strongly condemn this act." 

 

"Advocates have the right to contact with the accused persons and to help him legally in Court. But police harassments is not acceptable. Lawyers are beyond any political colours and we would request the govt and it's administration to follow this rule," the advocate added.
