AGARTALA, Sep 15 (TIWN): Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP), Arundhuti Nagar branch staged protest on tuesday against various issues going on in Tripura amid Coronavirus crisis.
While addressing media one RSP leader said, "Under BJP era Tripura's health services have decreased their quality on an alarming note. Even their own MLAs are condemning the Govt's silence over the pathetic condition of Tripura's health department. The prominent referral hospital of Tripura has turned out to be a death-valley during this pandemic period. People are afraid to go to GB now. Yet the government is staying silent, doing nothing for the development of this condition."
"Also, during this time the daily workers are the most affected. We want the government to give an economic support. We also want tk draw attention of the govt on the increasing ratio of crime against women." Said the leader.
The agitators staged the protest by maintaining social distance law and said that such activities will be continued till the government takes effective steps.
