The accused identified as Gobinda Das who is a vendor by profession raped his daughter for last one year. After tolerating both mental and physical torture, the victim finally filed a complaint against her father.

Later the Kailashahar police and childline members rushed to rescue her. However, the accused denied the allegations completely. The childline members said that everything will be cleared once medical reports come and the investigation is completed.
