AGARTALA, Sep 11 (TIWN): South Tripura’s Sabroom subdivision will become the “Annodata” of Northeast through Special Economic Zone and Logistic hub. (Annadata means, who donates food to all).

With the possibility of India-Bangladesh trade and Rs. 2000 crores of profit from the announced Logistic Hub in Sabroom, CM Biplab Deb has claimed that this area will be main entrance point of Northeast from South East Asia and thus, it will be the main zone of economy.

However, when CM has said so, the neighboring state Assam is already connected with Bangladesh and from Sabroom to Agartala it’s almost 130 km distance.
