CPI-M Party takes oath to ‘Save Constitution’ on 74th I-Day

AGARTALA, Aug 15 (TIWN): The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has taken an oath to ‘Save Constitution’ on the 74th Independence Day in Tripura.
Hoisting Indian flag at the Melarmath state headquarter, CPI-M leader Pabitra Kar said that as per Central CPI-M’s decision, CPI-M nationwide has been taking this oath.
“BJP Govt has snatched freedom of speech today under various new laws labeling voice raisers as anti-nationals. CBI, Judiciary like institutions are attempted to be interfered. So, we have taken this oath today to save the constitution and to work for the people”, said Pabitra Kar.
