AGARTALA, June 12 (TIWN): Like everyday, today also more fresh COVID-19 cases were found. Total 9 persons were tested positive today, in a tweet Chief Minister Biplab Deb has announced. 8 out of them are having travel history, whereas 1 person came in contact with the patients. “Out of 120 samples tested this morning for COVID19, 09 Cases found POSITIVE. All of them have travel history. The count includes : 1) Train Passengers:07 2) Flight Passenger: 01 and 1 is contact person”, tweeted Chief Minister Biplab Deb. Also Chief Minister Biplab Deb held an important review meeting of Health & Family Welfare Dept today along with higher officials and had detailed discussion regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. On yesterday, 18 persons tested COVID-19 positive in Tripura. Chief Minister Biplab Deb has announced in a tweet.

Till now, 1 person has died in COVID-19 and another patient had committed suicide inside the Flu Centre.
