AGARTALA, June 5 (TIWN): Tripura Pradesh youth congress and Women congress jointly celebrates World Environment Day on 5th June. They have planted trees in different temples of Agartala.
Youth congress's president Shantanu Saha, Sadar District Congress president Narayan Dutta, congress leader Purnima Saha, Councillor Ratna Dutta and other members participated in this program.
While talking to media youth president said,"We are celebrating the World Environment Day and taking different initiatives across the state. Our motto is to spread awareness among everyone about nature and prevent it from further pollution. I am appealing all my youth brothers and sisters to come forward and plant trees as many as possible for saving the mother nature."
