AGARTALA, March 10 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Tuesday after meeting Advocate Bhaskar Debroy’s mother and family members, who was murdered by high negligence in GB hospital said that he had ordered for a Magisterial probe whose report will be given by 3 days.
"I am not satisfied with Doctors' report and thus ordered for Magisterial one..............", CM told media.
After meeting the family, Chief Minister Biplab Deb told media that already a report came to him, but he is not satisfied with that report and thus ordered for a Magisterial investigation and till the investigation report comes he can’t comment anything.
No, Doctor was suspended or arrested yet and also no action was taken against police with mysterious reason.
Question is, when Magisterial investigation yet failed to give justice to West Agartala Police Station custodial murder case victim Sushanta Ghosh’s family, how far it can do justice with Advocate Bhaskar Debroy ?
Advocate Bhaskar Debroy’s death news came to his mother on next day (8th march, 2020) of his death and she was informed that Bhaskar met an accident and died in GB.
Later, eyewitnesses said, Bhaskar was brought in GB hospital but no doctor did his treatment well and then sent to medicine ward where he died ‘without treatment’.
Opposition parties have demanded a Judicial investigation in Bhaskar Debroy’s “Murder by Negligence” case.
