AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb recently while addressing in Tripura University has allegedly claimed that previous Prime Minister of the UPA Govt Manmohon Singh did not understand economy but the incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi understands economy well. The statement of CM didn’t come in media limelight until Congress leader Subal Bhowmik put light on it.

Subal Bhowmik slammed Tripura CM saying, PM Modi is such a person whose qualification has to be known by filing RTI and Manmohon Singh was the Governor of Reserve Bank too.

“Modi has turned the country into a graveyard and where is Modi and where is Manmohon Singh in case of quality ? After independence such a big economic slowdown did not come in India”, said Subal Bhowmik.
