Former PWD Chief Engineer Sunil Bhowmik, official Somesh Das received permanent anticipatory bail in High Court in a judgement today.

Senior Advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas said that this flyover project was not only checked in quality but State Govt called nationally renowned company to verify it.

The company later was bound to say that in that minimum budgets such wonderful works have cited examples.

However both the former officials have received their bails in very early stage of the investigation.

Anger erupted against BJP Govt when it started plawise attacks on none other than but the clean record holder former Minister Badal Chowdhury who indeed constructed whole Tripura. He is called the architect of Tripura connecting deep rural areas with roadways and various projects.
