AGARTALA, Dec 3 (TIWN): The Department of Information Technology, Tripura University will be organizing the 2nd International Conference on Information Systems and Management Science (ISMS) 2019 in collaboration with the Department of Business Management, Tripura University and the Center for Global Management, California State University, USA during 6th – 7th November 2019, at Tripura University, Suryamaninagar, Tripura, India. This conference is technically and financially sponsored by the International Association of Academicians (IAASSE), USA which had earlier conducted the first edition in Malta.
Prof. H. K. Sharma, Director, NIT Agartala has consented to be there as the Chief Guest of the Inaugural session on the 6th of December’19 (Friday). Prof. Paramartha Dutta of Vishva Bharti University, Shantiniketan; Anirban Chakraborty of PwC LLP, Connecticut, USA and Joyanta Basu of CDAC Kolkata shall be delivering plenary talks in the conference.
The Department has earlier successfully conducted one workshop on Quantum Computing in September'2019 sponsored by AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy Guwahati. Two more workshops of ATAL on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science are to be followed in the months of January and February 2020. Moreover, the department shall also be conducting another International Conference ICCCIoT 2020 sponsored by North East Council (NEC) in this financial year along with the two conferences by department of Business Management and Physics in the University.
