AGARTALA, July 7 (TIWN): With a hope of employment generation, 1,200 teachers will be recruited by year ending, a report has said.
State Govt also had called for teachers’ recruitment with special relaxation of B.Ed. That exam will be conducted in November-December month of 2019.
Tripura has multi thousand B.Ed holders whereas huge numbers of TET qualified with B.Ed left jobless.
Unemployment rate in Tripura according to CMIE report for May-2019 is 26.2%.
Teachers recruitment has ushered hopes among teaching job aspirants, but Tripura Education Minister Ratanlal Nath earlier said that there are 14000 vacant posts available for teachers but due to lack of qualified candidates, these posts are left vacant, which is however not true.
