AGARTALA, June 28 (TIWN): Assam Rifles, Tripura has continued good works in needed areas. Assam Rifles under the aegis of 21 Sector Assam Rifles conducted a free Anti Malaria campaign in conjunction with district hospital at Ramnagar high school ground, Gendachara on 27 jun 2019.

A total number of 300 locals, ailing persons and old villagers from remote locations were  benefited from the camp. Free medicines were also distributed in the camp. Assam Rifles has been assisting the civil administration in fighting the malaria menace by providing basic health and hygiene services to the people in remote areas.

This humane and selfless gesture was appreciated by the locals and the civil administration.
