AGARTALA, April 13 (TIWN): Sitaram Yechury during his Tripura visit has slammed Modi for Pakistani PM Imran Khan’s support for Modi.
He asked, people of Tripura not to vote for Modi as he has deep nexus with Pakistan.
During an interview to foreign journalists, Imran Khan had said that Islamabad and New Delhi had a better chance of peace talks and settling the Kashmir issue only if Prime Minister Narendra Modi's party BJP wins the general elections.
Imran Khan's remarks drew sharp reactions from opposition parties in Pakistan as well as in India.
However, Khan’s this comment has sparked controversy allover.
