AGARTALA, April 6 (TIWN): Even though Vision Document was a project of BJP Central Govt, published by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley ahead of Assembly Election, now Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has blamed the previous CPI-M Govt for ‘fundless condition’.
Whereas it came in report that for CM and Ministers’ personal uses 1300 crores were wasted from the existing finance left by Manik Sarkar’s Govt, but Biplab Deb said the Golden Era’s Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has not kept anything for him except debts.
“Smart phones, 7th Pay Commission all are public demand but who will be funding for it ? Now people will say, as you have promised, so you have to fulfil it………did I say No? I would say maximum promises in the Vision Document has kicked off the beginning already”, said Biplab Deb.
Biplab Deb said this when he was addressing at Kamalpur.
