AGARTALA, March 30 (TIWN): Muhuripur Janakalyan Samiti which is registered under Government of Tripura (Reg. No. 4634 of 2004) has sought financial help for a 16 years critical medical patient.

Ms. Mukta Dey (Somi), Age 16 Years, D/o- Dipal Dey of Village- Muhuripur R.F., Santirbazar, South Tripura, 799142, has been diagnosed to have Thalassemia major. She has been diagnosed at CMC Hospital No. 358605H. Doctor suggested for undergoing allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT).

Her brother (Mr. Sourabh) is HLA matched and can serve as a peripheral blood stem cell donor. The estimated cost for PBSCT at CMC is ₹14,00,000/- which may increase or decrease.

Her father Dipal Dey is a farmer by profession and is unable to bear this cost.

As such we are on be half of the Muhuripur Janakalyan Samiti , looking for financial help or free medical help for Mukta.
