AGARTALA, Feb 14 (TIWN): Tripura Congress will launch a massive protest rally in Tripura on February 25, voicing for the farmers across state.

Addressing in a press conference, Congress State President Birjit Sinha said that Congress already conducted a meeting with all of its cell and preparing a massive rally in favour of farmers rights.

Congress will also stress on the manifesto of the party, published before Assembly Election 2018.

The party claimed, above 2000 indigenous people already agreed to be with Congress in that rally and a massive rally of “Adibasis Congress” (indigenous) will be conducted on 24 February and a convention of Adibasi Congress will be held on that day.

On the next day Congress’s all units will be participating in the rally including SC, Women wings.
