Pensioners demand 2.57 multiplying factor for all pensioners

AGARTALA, Feb 13 (TIWN): Govt Pensioners Association Tripura has demanded 2.57 multiplying factor should be implemented for all pensioners, whereas State Govt has strictly denied.
But till day, before the BJP Govt assumed in power, either employees or pensioners all have been equally paid, whereas this time nothing was hiked for pensioners and many pensioners are getting various types of pensions.
Along with 7th pay commission, minimum 9000 rupees of pension was also demanded.
The Pensioners Association said that there are 5000 permanent workers, whose allowanced are only 500 rupees, which is not at all the deserved amount.The pensioners also have demanded hike in this.
