Centre allows Tripura Govt for relaxation in teachers recruitment

AGARTALA, Jan 12 (TIWN): After various controversies and debates and waits, central Govt has allowed Tripura Govt for relaxing qualifications while appointing teachers.
In a letter Alok Jawahar, Under Secretary to the Govt of India said, “I am directed to refer your letter No-F.1. (1-43) SE/E/(EN)-2017(V-III) dated 29th March, 2018, 28th may 2018, 5th July, 2018 on the above subject and to say that the department has examined and considered the proposal of State Govt of Tripura for relaxation of requirement of qualification for appointment as teachers under sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the RTE Act 2009.
However, this allocation may hit the B.Ed qualified students and undergoing students as competition to be high now for them.
