AGARTALA, Jan 6 (TIWN): After BJP National President Amit Shah’s rally at Astabal Stadium was held on yesterday, BJP Social Welfare Minister Santana Chakma along with her party and social friends conducted a cleanliness drive at there.

Santana Chakma is the Minister of Social Welfare and Social Education and Animal Resource Development in Tripura. She became the MLA from Pencharthal Constituency.

The cleanliness drive was a part of PM Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.Amit Shah’s rally was dedicated for BJP Pristha Pramukhas of the party.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or Swachh Bharat Mission is a nation-wide campaign in India for the period 2014 to 2019 that aims to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India's cities, towns, and rural areas. The campaign's official name is in Hindi and translates to "Clean India Mission" in English.
