AGARTALA, Jan 4 (TIWN): Treating everyone as criminals has been BJP’s agenda of harassing common men and thus frequent Delhi flyer with public money Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has accused frequent Kolkata travelers as ganja smuggler.

Biplab Deb was addressing on Police Week at AD Nagar ground, when he said so.

“It’s often seen that a person who has no big earning four very frequently travelling Kolkata or Delhi. How they get the fare of travel ? If police inquires it will be revealed that that person is engaged in Ganja business”, said Biplab Deb.

“Police officials would be travelling each corner of the villages and areas. If he sees that a person who is neither a businessman, nor a farmer but travelling without any reason out of state, spot him like a ganja businessman”, CM told police.
