AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): Controversy erupted centering Biplab Deb led shamelessness with Sudip Barman and few other Ministers’ departments. He has been called as “cheeky” (Behaya in Bengali) as instead of focusing in own departments, Biplab Deb has been focusing on other Ministers Depts without concerning the Minister of that Dept.

Not only Biplab Deb has shown himself first time as “cheeky”, but there are leaders of BJP as Pratima Bhowmik who often rushes to Govt programmes for publicity, violating the norms and rules.

Controversy hit further since Science & Technology Minister Sudip Barman remained uninvited  on Science Fair programmes and also Chief Minister without Departmental Minister is holding meetings of this Dept, whereas his own Depts left in paralyzed shape.
