Agartala, September 30 (TIWN): Akhaura Land Port will remain closed for 11 eleven days on account of Durga Puja and Eid after a joint decision by both businessmen of the two countries.

From today to 10 October the import and export between India and Bangladesh shall remain close/halt.The next five days of Durga Puja vacation from today and the next four day Eid holiday and Friday is the weekly holiday .  However, at this time there will be a normal passenger ferry between the two countries. Import - export will again open/normal  on October 11 will be normal through Akhura Land Port.   The Import - Export Association General Secretary Rajiv Uddin Bhuiyan said to TIWN today.
