AGARTALA, May 27 (TIWN): To overcome the pathetic condition of Tripura Health Service, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has announced to recruit 600 doctors in the state shortly.
CM was addressing at Rabindra Bhawan on Sunday on the occasion of 4th anniversary of the Modi Govt at Centre.
"Govt is trying to upgrade the work culture of the state. Hospitals need huge numbers of doctors at first, along with better infrastructure and for that we have proposed the Central Govt regarding fresh recruitment of doctors in the state", Deb said.
"Soon the recruitment process will be started as soon as the Central Govt will give green signal about it", CM said, adding "No compromise with Health Dept".
CM also praised Health Minister Sudip Barman for his tremendous efforts to develop the health service.
While addressing, Health Minister Sudip Barman said, "Our Govt is new and our Ministers too. There may be mistakes but it should not lead any mockery or story in the tea-stalls".
