AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): A woman has filed case against husband with dowry charges and rejecting her as wife after years of togetherness.

The deceiver named as Alak Sarkar, S/O- Pradip Sarkar promised her to marry her following a meeting in their locality.

The local people arranged a marriage among both of them and handed over her to Alak Sarkar, but it has been known that they never legally married.

Alak Sarkar never took her at own home and kept her at Bamutia even after the repeated requests from her family.

After that she had to undergo two times forcefully miscarriage at the wish of her husband and father in law.

Alak Sarkar's family also warned her family to keep distance from their family. Next they started to demand bribes.

Recently Alak Sarkar wants to marry another woman and asked her to go back to her home.

BJP Mohila Morcha leaders have helped the victim to register a complaint in women police station.

The victim will also file a case against her husband.
