AGARTALA, Feb 24 (TIWN): When CPI-M has been fuming with the re-poll announcement, BJP State President Biplab Deb in BJP meeting at Kumarghat said, "Election Commission is working in the right direction".

"Till day CPI-M controlling polls were hardly impartial led EC to take strict decisions but this time, they (CPI-M) hardly left with chances. Even though re-poll is going to be conducted but it shouldn't be politicized" he said.

"As Election Commission confirming transparency, thus their actions are also correct", Biplab Deb said.

Biplab Deb also claimed that CPI-M will face a massive defeat this year and thus out of fear the leaders are talking against Election Commission.

On the other side, CPI-M has called re-polling resulted from "Criminal-Negligence" and "Criminal-Callousness" of the polling personnel.
