AGARTALA, Feb 20 (TIWN): Election Commission of India will take strict action against a voter who had video recorded his whole vote casting procedure including VVPAT's functioning which showed that he was voting for ruling party CPI-M.

"If we don't take any action then in the next poll another person will do that", said CEO Taranikanti.

Taranikanti also received the viral video from state media where the voter was in selfie-mode holding video recording of his whole voting process.

Via media, Taranikanti also received the voter's facebook account link. Now, it's to be seen what action EC takes against the violator of Indian constitution.
