Petrol, diesel price rise on hold after 4 consecutive days of hike

New Delhi, Oct 4 (TIWN) Petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged on Monday after the pump prices of both fuels rose simultaneously for four consecutive days taking up its retail rates by over Rs 1 per litre.
The price of petrol in Delhi rose to its highest ever level of Rs 102.14 a litre and to Rs 108.19 in Mumbai, according to a price notification of state-owned fuel retailers.
