US envoy in Russia meets jailed WSJ reporter

Washington, July 4 : The US Ambassador to Russia, Lynne Tracy met jailed Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich for a second time since his imprisonment in March this year over espionage charges.
Tracy met with Gershkovich at Lefortovo Prison in Moscow in what was the first time U.S. Embassy officials were granted consular access since April 17, a State Department spokesperson.
