Modi leaves for BRICS Summit in Brazil

New Delhi, Nov 12 (TIWN) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday left for Brazil for the BRICS Summit and said he is looking forward to holding discussions with the leaders from the four nations on greater cooperation in a wide range of areas.
BRICS brings together five major world economies, namely Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, which comprise 42 per cent of the world population, contribute to 23 per cent of global Gross Domestic Product and around 17 per cent of the share in world trade.
