AGARTALA, Jan 18 (TIWN): The Tipraland issue which is suffering from double standards, were many times denied by BJP, whereas IPFT leader N C Debbarma said that Rajnath Singh agreed with Tipraland and surely that's why the high powered committee was formed.
Reacting over media's interaction Himanta Biswa Sarma said that a joint statement will come soon clarifying all questions, where NC Debbarma will have to sign.
"Seat allotments are minor issues, rather we have to diminish the ideological crisis among the parties", said Sarma.
Amidst IPFT's strict demand for land-division, the state BJP held meeting to set alliance with NC Debbarma led IPFT.
Another meeting will be held at Guwahati among NC Debbar and BJP leaders from today.
However, NC Debbarma clearly said that Central BJP has given green signal to the Tipraland and that's why the High-Powered-Committee was formed. (TIWN also published videos of NC Debbarma's clear statement at Agartala Press Club).
Amidst all these allegations, BJP is all set to align with IPFT, the party which is targeted for a separate state in Tripura.
The Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that N C Debbarma has to sign socio-economic development agenda of BJP in joint statement and the ideological crisis has to be diminished. Till the joint Statement comes out, the BJP has asked media to wait.
