AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): Director of Minority Welfare Subarata Datta was gheraoed by Congress today alleging state govt's involvement in depriving all minorities to feed cadre minorities.

While agitating the Congress and NSUI leaders said that in Kailashahar it has been seen that selectively various schemes, facilities come for minority welfare from the centre is being misusing by CPI-M cadres.

The Congress activists further alleged that not only at Kailashahar but across Tripura it is happening. 

"We demand the fair distribution of all facilities come from the centre", said Yuva Congress leader Sushanta.

PCC Chief Birjit Sinha also remained present while placing deputation to the Director.
