AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): Total 40 people have been injured in 3 separate road accidents during Amit Shah’s rally on Jan 7.

BJP leader  Subal Bhowmik said that there were 3 vehicle accidents  on that day. One accident took place at S K Para of Manu, another took place at Pecharthal-Kanchanpur route and at Kamalpur Manik Bhnadar also another accident took place.

BJP is bearing the expense for their treatment, but one patient is undergoing serious condition at ILS, needs brain surgery.

Subal Bhowmik said BJP has given Rs. 2 lakhs to his family and all kinds of helps are given to each family.
