AGARTALA, Jan 7 (TIWN): With Congress's door-to-door campaigning begins today, there is no sign of Congress working President Pradyut Kishore's presence. From press conferences to rallies, the working president is missing and skipping to take any action to attack the CPI-M and its rival BJP.

 Last year on October month, Congress former National President Sonia Gandhi had approved re-constitution of the party's Tripura unit with Pradyut Kishor Deb Barman named as its working president.

Addressing a press meet, Congress State President Birjit Shina said on October 16, “We are happy that Congress President Sonia Gandhi has approved the re-construction of Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee and 9 District Committees".

Around 150 people had formed the committee whereas Pradyut Kishore Deb Barman will work  as the working president, but recently even though the working president was visible in social media in some contents but from ground action, he is far away.

However, amidst leadership crisis, Congress has begun their election campaigning.
