AGARTALA, Jan 2 (TIWN): 13th regional Saras fair begins at Hapania, Agartala on Monday evening.

Minister Naresh Jamatia inaugurated the fair.

Chief Secretary Sanjeev Ranjan  was also present on occasion.

A vast number of Self Help Groups (SHGs) of many other states from across the country including Jammu & Kashmir, Maharastra, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and Bihar, are likely to participate in the expo and a huge gathering is expected in the fair. The West district Rural Development office informed it in a gazette statement.
