'Tripura is the poorest state of India' : BJP

AGARTALA, Dec 29 (TIWN): Tripura has been termed by BJP Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma as the most poor state of India.
"When Tripura has above 50 % of BPL families, no other state has above 20 % of it", said Sarma.
"Tripura's growth `is very slow and nobody has proper income's source due to communist party led corruption. If anybody has income here, s/he must be CPI-M. In job recruitment the CPI-M families are chosen and from husband, wife to children all are appointed in state govt jobs and later if possible, their grandson and grand-daughters are also provided with jobs", said Sarma.
The Minister also slammed the CPI-M Govt for looting Govt employees salaries.
